after reading all the reviews I would never go to this place if my life would depend on this

Dr Marotta is professional, kind, impeccably patient supporting my elderly parents. It’s comforting having someone who understands the impacts of aging and who demonstrates the skills and empathy during appointments and treatment.

Dr Marotta was nothing but the amazing consummate professional when he diagnosed and treated my mother. Not only did he give us a generous amount of time and care, he made sure that her care was escalated efficiently and effectively when an urgency occurred. I am full of awe and appreciation for this incredibly talented and gentle geriatric genius. He is magical.

We have had both virtual and in person. He is very helpful. He explains everything in a simple manner as to not confuse my mother. He is very patient.

I had a phone assessment with Dr. Marotta recently along with my mother and I have to say he is a very nice man, he explained the situation to me so I can understand. He was very compassionate. I'm really surprised at the negative comments I'm reading. Connie on the other hand needs to be more polite and speak clearly when dealing with people, she has zero patience and over the phone you can tell she is cold hearted. She should not be dealing with people with such a negative vibe.

Connie, attitude check. I don’t know who made you think that you are the queen of the office but just remember that you are a secretary and that’s nothing!

Okay so dr. Marotta is very helpful in the moment when you are in the office with him, however once you walk out of the office you are a distant memory of the past. Getting ahold of his secretary Connie is nearly impossible. Connie has no compassion for the people coming in and out of the clinic. She has no emotions and she should not be dealing with people who are going through difficult times with their elderly parents. I am convinced that she picks and chooses which phone call she takes because between my father in law and me, she tends to ignore his phone calls but answer mine. Mind you, my father in law could be a little tedious but still he is the husband of an Alzheimer’s women so you can understand his despair. Even though Connie’s mannerisms need work, it isn’t all her fault. She is only the secretary so she can only do her job when the information is provided for her. Perfect example. I called to confirm an appointment she was supposed to make for my mother in law and she was so confused and pointed out that dr Marotta did not leave any requests. She said and I quote “she was left in the dark”. And this has happened more than once. I don’t know who to blame but there is definitely an unprofessional dynamic streaming through that office.

Terrible doctor. Applaud at the service he has provided or I should say has NOT provide.

Took my mom in for an assessment and he was super engaging. Explained things in plain language and was thorough. Excellent experience.

Dr. Marotta is all smiles and very helpful and full of hope when you are in his office talking to him. The minute you step out of his office he forgets you exist. There is absolutely no follow through on anything and everything he promises you. No compassion or care for his patients once they leave his office.
