I was in to see Dr. Krein in November of 2018 for a new prescription and glasses. As usual this man was on-time, very informative and generally a very nice guy that explains the eye exam and all that the exam can mean to my health and future. Steven is a splendid doctor with excellent support staff. The fact that he is cute is just a bonus.

Dr. Krein has a full understanding of the profession. His knowledge is extremely in depth, and continually shows me respect. I would highly recommend this Doctor to any on who is in need of a knowledgeable, and well rounded optometrist. He has served me very well as an optometrist. 10/10 and a great addition to the community of Devon.

I had been taking my family to Dr. Krein for years, and then had the oppurtunity to work in his office. Having the experience from both a patient and an employee, I can honestly say that Dr. Krein is a very knowledgable, compassionate and thorough optometrist. I no longer work there, but I will conitinue to trust Dr. Krein with my family's eye health indefinately . He puts the health of the patient as his #1 concern. I would highly recommend Dr. Krein to anyone.

Dr Krein has been our family eye doctor for over 13 years now. He has always been very helpful and knowledgable during his eye exams. The staff is always organized and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Krein or his office to anyone. They are great!

Dr. Krein has been my optometrist for 15 years and has always given excellent care. He diagnosed me with a rare disorder and promptly sent me to a specialist. The specialist disagreed with Dr. Krein's diagnosis, but when my condition deteriorated, Dr. Krein sent me back to him. The specialist finally agreed with Dr. Krein's diagnosis. Unfortunately for me, I have permanent damage because the specialist didn't treat it properly the first time, but Dr. Krein keeps close tabs on my recurring condition. The office doesn't have a large selection of eyeglass frames, but otherwise, everything is excellent.

This doctor lost all professional composure with me when I told him that I was not happy with a pair of glasses that were fitted for lenses at the lab he uses. He came unglued. I had been dealing with this doctor for years, and this change in personality shocked me. He kept saying he would get me a new pair of glasses, and I kept saying no to this, as I suspected something "fishy" had gone on with my glasses at the lab, and was very hesitant to have that lab do anymore work for me. I was never offered my money back, just another pair of glasses. I believe I should have had the option of monetary reimbursement, but he only offered replacement glasses. Try as I might, he would not accept that I had a right to not want any more work done through the lab that he uses. His demeanor and words made it very clear that getting me another pair of glasses would fix everything. Not so, in my opinion. I have lost ALL respect for this man, and my family will never go back to his clinic.
