Ratings for Dr. Andrew Jordan
Saw me as soon as possible and provided the care I needed. Perhaps those in need of pain meds should consider a pain management clinic or specialist; docs must be very cautious when writing narcotic scripts! I found him to be both professional and helpful. I'm already feeling better (strep throat). KINGSTON, ON
Very quick to brush you off, as if you're wasting his time. It's not my fault you don;t know how to handle a patient load! I don't care for his constant accusations that I'm looking for pain drugs - Well I suppose I am, I have migraines idiot. Does not refer you when necessary - he thinks he's god and knows it all. Andrew - go back to school and get a new job you are not doctor material.
Recently my mom required hospitalization Dr Jordon was excellent! We had asked her attending nurse if she could call Dr Jordon to find out if he was coming to the hospital as we would like to talk to him. When she returned she stated he would be there by 1:30 to meet with us and he was. He ensured all possible test be completed and that specialist be called in for second opinions she received the best possible care. He also took his time in explaining the results of all completed tests. He answered all of our questions in regards to where we go from here. We never once felt rushed in speaking to him. I see a lot of doctors in Brockville in my profession and I would feel very comfortable in recommending Dr Jordon above many many others
I've been to see doctor Jordan multiple times over the past 5 years with back pain ..and this is how it goes every time .doctor Jordan I still back pain..so he has me waste my time going to have the same tests done says he will call me back ..week go's by I call and call and call .I'm told nothing has come back ..and I eventually give up .then go back a couple months later and like a bad night mare it happens all over again ..honestly next time I go in I'm gonna flip a desk .Maybe then he will give me 5 minutes of his time and do his job ..Andrew seriously just find another career your a really bad doctor .
I also have been stood up by Dr Jordan.. and peaple are right when saying he must think everyone is a drug addict. I have chronic back pain and can't seem to get anything that helps. His Nurse Practitioner K. Is amazing i tend to deal with her instead because she listens and does what she can for you. Also CPHC needs to change way they handle calls.. you can never get thru and have to leave detailed message with reception (who i feel it is none of there business why i need to see someone) before message given and then you never get called back or takes weeks to see someone..
I was stood up by Dr. Jordan during a scheduled appt. in Oct/13. I was on time and sat in his exam room for 40 minutes and he never showed. His nurse never came in to check on me nor advise me he was delayed/not coming. I rebooked with the Nurse Practitioner however Dr. Jordan took the appt. stating to the NP I needed his expertise. He did this on two occasions and I wondered if he meant OHIP billing rather than expertise. For my chronic pain and difficulty with mobility he suggested I buy an expensive treadmill. I recently requested a bone scan on the recommendation of my physiotherapy office and he never made the referral. He was reminded by reception that I was still seeking the referral and his response was to leave on vacation without making it. He is unprofessional, petulant, negligent and uncaring. Run from Dr. Jordan and for that matter, the CPHC.
