Most reliable doctor in town but that's not necessarily saying much. I'd been to a cheaper local doctor but he seemed dangerously unqualified. Hibbert was definitely more professional but he does tend to laugh at inappropriate times and I've heard tell of some strange practices in his office, particularly the use of a button applicator to intentionally scare children. He's had his practice since his afro'd 70s days, though, and I think that kind longevity says something about his dedication to his work.
