Ratings for Dr. Matthew C. Eisenberg
2.4
Very poor office experience. While Dr. Eisenberg and his assistants are great, this review is for the front desk. The front office staff is extremely rude. So far as things happen to the schedule they are OK - they are not necessarily polite - but one can live with that For the scheduling, I was trying to be nice and she was super rude because I had missed my earlier appointment practically telling me in stern manner that she would not give further appointments. I told her that it appear unfair since I have been taking their service for several years. She continued to be rough and I had to tell her that she was being rude. She continued in her tone and I had to tell her that I would discontinue with them. I mean it. I am done
Stay away-- I have put in a grievance with insurance company about him. Initial exam took less then 30 seconds and he never put a mirror or his hands in my mouth. STAY AWAY
I never leave bad reviews unless I feel it's absolutely necessary. But I can't stress enough how dishonest, greedy and condescending these people are. Coming from a former employee I know how true my statement is.. they put down their staff, and lie to their patients. They charge for work that has been not been done, they wait for cavities to turn to root canals. They have no empathy for any souls on this planet other then themselves. Other fellow dentists in the neighborhood do not know how they are still in business.
Went to this guy about 25 years ago. I was curious to see if he was still in business, because, even after all this time I remember how nasty and rude he was. As I read his latest reviews, I see he's the same miserable guy today as he was back then. Doesn't deserve even one star.
Wonderful dentist excellent staff. Dr. Eisenberg is amazing. He is a very caring, gentle and takes the time to explain everything. I look forward to my cleanings and always have had a great experience in the office.I recommend Dr. Eisenberg's office to anybody needing an excellent dentist.
Went into office and it started then, unpleasant welcome....staff was not a happy campers...he was rude to his workers and other patients...No one that worked for him was over 23 years of age....He was so unprofessional...I think he should get a new profession.....
Had a terrible experience with them. Dishonest and do shoddy work. Still suffering from work they did on me over 5 years ago. Avoid.
This is the worst dentist I have ever met in my life. Also keep in mind that they do no accept card payments.
I found him extremely condescending. He discounted my pain. His exam was incomplete and the real source of my pain was discovered later, when it had already gotten worse. I would not go back.
This office is an elite office. Everyone from the support staff to the doctor are GREAT. Everyone is very helpful, accomodating, and very nice. This is the best dental office that I have ever been to.
