*****BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY***** I personally am aware of having seen with my own eyes that this facility DOES NOT practice proper safety measures during specimen handling, processing,, ollecting , or transporting. There is a total lack of implementation of the essential safeguards for patients. To make matters worse, they do not maintain sterile fields during in office procedures or properly sterilize their instruments. The office is not properly cleaned or sanitized between each patients visits. Honestly, the office isn't cleaned at all. I was horrified to observe such negligence when it came to patient safety measures and workplace safety. Uiversal safety precautions should always be employed. Appropriate protective clothing and personal protective items should be worn. No tissue, even fixed material, should ever be handled with bare hands. Shockingly , that was not practiced. There is the golden rule that all client specimens must be considered potentially infective and will be handled using universal guidelines There is no gray area adhering to the principles of asepsis and implementing those principles for every surgical procedure for the reduction of risk of patient acquiring a surgical site infection. This is negligence at it's finest. This is a clear violation the Hippocratic Oatb considering one of the promises within that oath is "first, do no harm'. Shame on them.... It's kept me up at night thinking about it all

All I can say is STAY AWAY! Worst customer service ever. Terrible nurse Terri is rude and crude with a most demeaning attitude. Dr. Dugan is complacent with no sense of urgency whatsoever regarding his diagnosis of my prostate cancer. I had to order my own MRI which thank God I did! Communications skills are nearly non-existent. Dr. Dugan ordered a cookie-cutter biopsy which was the wrong type and would have done more harm than good. My Atlanta doctors and other experts including many prostate cancer survivors could not believe the lack of knowledge Dr. Dugan exhibited. Truly incredible! Very sloppy record keeping! RUN DON’T WALK FROM ADVANCED UROLOGY! It could just save your life.

The worst doctor experience of my life! Rude and crude nurse Terri had the most horrible and demeaning attitude ever. She has no sense of customer service. Dr. Dugan was nonchalant with no sense of urgency regarding his diagnosis of my probable prostate cancer. I had to push them for tests and even ordered my own MRI. Very sloppy record keeping! STAY AWAY!

It was my first visit! Terry was very rude. She belittled me because my dr didn't send over anything about my condition. Said she didn't have time to call and get it. I left out some questions and she hot upset about that too! One very rude nurse!

Great Doctor. I found a great deal of confidence in his knowledge and bedside manner. He genuinely cares about your health and listens to your concerns. I found his advice and professionalism to be very comforting even though it was though to here. Very good doctor I will recommend to friends and family.

I went to Dr. Dugan for kidney stone treatment. I found his staff to be very nice. Dr. Dugan knows his stuff! Very thorough. And he is very kind. Very pleased with how I was treated.

Nurse made a comment about my 'being nervous' - I was there for a prostate biopsy! I had to make an actual appt to get the results. When Dr Dugan came in, he opened the file and read the biopsy report in front of me. I had to wait abd watch him review my file before he finally said everything was OK. He also made a comment about me being in a better state of mind than when I was there for the biopsy. Do they think because THEY do this all the time, the patient is just supposed to be A-OK with being in a scary, life- changing position?

Dr Dugan is a good Dr that Nurse "Terrie" is insulting rude crude...plain rear end. She was drawing blood on me,I showed her a place to go since I'm very hard to find veins ,She went off on me and told me this,"I hate people telling me where to draw blood from"..then when she failed ask me where to go. Total rear end

Have seen Dr. Dugan once. Trying to find a new surgeon to remove a kidney stone as my last surgeon perforated both ureters which caused me additional suffering. Dr. Dugan read every line of the lengthy medical records that I Brought with me. I was impressed with that since his ofc was packed. Seemed very thorough. Very small office...long walk down a corridor, too, but not everyone has a fancy office.

Excellent results from enlarged prostate treatment. Dr. Duganis a highly skilled surgeon. Dr. Dugan and his nurse Terry met all my medical issues in the most professional manner. I would refer my family and friends to Dr. Dugan's urology practice.
