I was always very happy and always treated with kindness and respect until recently. I accidentally missed an appointment and received a call about 10 min into my appointment time telling me that if I didn’t come to the appointment that I would be charged. I was at work and couldn’t leave. I told the office staff that I had never missed an appointment in 24 years and that they would charge me because I made a mistake one time, is a disgrace. She proceeded to tell me, in a condescending tone, that I canceled appointments 11 times. \r\nNote: It seems that when you take an appointment while checking out and then call when you have to change your appointment once you work out your work schedule ( not close in, months/ weeks in advance.), they are counting it against you. \r\n I was upset and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to Dr. Lawrence or have him call me back, after all he was my doctor and I should be able to have a conversation with him instead of a girl that works at the front desk.. The office staff was very rude and dismissive. It’s been weeks, I’ve never heard a word from him. Whether he got the message, I’ll never know. It’s obvious that my business and years of being a loyal patient that has referred several patients to him, means nothing.
