Echoing other ratings, this dentist is judgmental, rude, and lacks empathy. Had I read the reviews I never would have gone there!!! Unacceptable behavior from a health care provider.

WITHOUT MICHELLE I BELIEVE THE PRACTICE WOULD FOLD LIKE ORIGAMI IN A WEEKS TIME DR GRAVES VERY RUDE AND JUDGEMENTAL ALONG WITH MOST OF THE STAFF

The dentist was rude to me and didn't seem to care about the pain she had cause me due to the prior workshe completed on me. Then it seemed that she didn't believe me when I told her I was still in pain. I will not be going back to her.

Dentist and staff were really rude. I was nervous about my first root canal, and instead of calming me, I was told my options were "do it or not do it." The hygenist snapped at me repeatedly when she would jab me in the roof of my mouth or in the hole where they drilled and it made me jump or yelp in pain. I got a crown and it didn't fit, so the dentist ground it down so much that it wore off the top coat of the crown. My insurance kept denying me coverage because they would submit such poor paperwork for the work they did. I called twice to get it fixed. The only good thing is that you can get an appointment quickly... but there's a reason for that. I have a new dentist who is always busy and much better.

Was in pain with no insurance she was very rude ... took unnessary x ray and over charged, I now have very good insurance and will go any where but to her office....

Spends very little time with you-rushed in and out. Has belittled me for health care decisions not related to dentistry. Refuses to fix problems even after asking repeatedly. Staff routinely overcharges and then has an attitude when this is brought to their attention. Avoid this dentist. You will save yourself a lot of time and money. Other dentists charge half her rates.
