Great experience! Dr. Safavi returned my emergency call immediately and saw me on Saturday at a closer location. She is great and I will keep recommending her to everyone looking for a dentist.

horrible dental work. root canal not done properly and infection spread all over my face after calling her several times about the issue. she seemed like she did not care or didn't want to hear I had pain. went to other dentist and he explained she had not treated the 2nd canal or gone far enough the root so she put in my cap with an infection and all the other issues. spent thousands of dollars seeing doctor after doctor and mri after ctscan for over 3 months. BEWARE!!!!!! go else where your health could be at risk!

I've been scared of going to the dentist all my life. Dr. Safavi is very gentle and caring and she made all my appointments pleasant. I highly recommend her!

Did not explain properly how the insurance worked as a new patient. Most dentist in past have told me what insurance pays and what doesnt before any type of procedure. This dentist failed to do that. Also, according to insurance company they have very high prices and insurance will only cover certain amounts. Felt very deceived. Staff is ok and could not figure out the X-ray machine which is very scary to say the least.
