Wonderful physician. Smart, knowledgeable and on the mark! Helped me a lot. I also really appreciated his punctuality. Rarely do you find a doctor that doesn't make you sit in the office for at least a half hour before you are seen. I highly recommend him.

The first impression is very important. I called the office to make an appointment for skin check. To my suprise,Dr. Novick himself picked up the phone he seemed pleasant and he made the appointment for the next day at 6pm. I had to change my work schedule in order to get out at 4pm. The next day around 2pm Dr. Novick's receptionist called me to say Dr.Novick is canceling the appointment because he is going away. This just shows me he is unreliable.
