Dr. Blaylock is a great doctor! Best 'bedside' manner I have seen in a long time. But better than that he is an amazing surgeon and truly caring about his patients. If you are fearful he instantly puts you at ease and keeps you that way.

I only have one good eye. When I was told by my optometrist that I have bilateral cataracts and would need them surgically removed I was frightened. The possibility of surgical complications and losing the eye sight in my good eye was very unsettling. Dr. Blaylock is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, experienced, and confident surgeon. Dr. Blaylock answered all my questions which made me feel more at ease with the surgical procedure. As well, the strabismus in my right is less noticeable and my peripheral vision has increased. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Dr. Blaylock and your wonderful staff for taking such good care of me!

I had a terrible experience with Dr.Blaylock. I received Lasik vision correction and I was over corrected. I went from being nearsighted to being farsighted immediately after surgery. I suffered with horrible headaches and migraines before realizing that I had been over corrected. Dr.Blaylock offered no sympathy or suggestions to help me. He appeared not simply care about getting me out of his office and to say that my suffering was unrelated to the surgery. I do not recommend him as a doctor. I only figured out why I was having headaches by visiting an online Lasik Complications Facebook group.

Worst experience ever after $8000.00! Promised me the best results, couldn’t have be worse. Went back to see him, he said “it was all in my head “, but he would take a look. He did an eye exam and apologized saying “ Your right, there is fluid behind the one eye”. He did what ever he did, moved the machine away and asked me to read the chart. The lights in the room weren’t too great but I read what I could. He said “So you are saying you things are good?” For the moment of one minute, what could I say? So he gets out his voice recorder and say “patient says everything is good”. Are you kidding, that’s not really the real world of what everyday life might look like!! I was SO UPSET. I went make later, because nothing was better. Him and assistant just shrubbed me off!!! He only cares about money, PLEASE BEWARE! Check other options, you only have 2 EYES!!!!!

Dr Blaylock and staff are great they make you feel at home when you visit.

Had RLE performed by Dr. BLAYLOCK, $13,000, he assured me my distance vision would not be compromised, I repeated this many times to him , that it's very important I dont lose my excellent distance vision but now it's awful daytime or night . I suffer daily. You may come away with 20/20 vision in his office, but that doesn't mean you have good vision in the real world. I've reached out many times to the doctor and staff with my concerns but they stick to their game , no wrong doing.

can't say enough good about this doctor..after 15 years I have not had any issues .Dr. explained to me what I could expect and it happened just as he said.Rated #5 for sure
