I had a deep plane facelift with Dr. Solomon, followed by a revision surgery months later when I wasn't totally pleased with the outcome. I initially thought the revision surgery had improved the results, but after the swelling was gone and the face settled I realized that the second surgery still did not correct the issues I was concerned with. My lower face is still sagging and I still have jowls, which was the primary reason why I wanted the surgery to begin with. I assume the reason may be that the underlying muscles were not tightened enough. While I agree that I look better than I did before the surgery, this is not the result I was hoping for. Having said all that, I did like Dr. Solomon and his staff very much.

I'm disappointed with the results of my rhinoseptoplasty and revision rhinoplasty surgeries, both performed using the closed method. Despite addressing a significantly deviated septum and dorsal hump, I still have a noticeable hump and a wavy, twisted nose shape when viewed from the front. Additionally, the inside of my nose remains severely twisted, and I have fragile scarring that bleeds easily. I'm concerned that the closed method may not have been the best approach for my case.

I had an osteoma lump removed from my forehead last week by Dr Solomon and it went so smoothly! It was a 10 minute surgery and a 20 minute or so recovery. I didn’t have any pain (took pain meds the first day just in case) . I had my stitches removed today and you can barely see anything - no noticeable scar. I highly recommend Dr Solomon and his staff!
