I experienced a significant delay of over an hour during my appointment, which unfortunately resulted in my samples being unintentionally discarded. Despite this inconvenience, I returned the next day to provide the necessary samples once again. Throughout the process, I found the staff to be less than accommodating, displaying a lack of professionalism and rudeness. The communication regarding my test results was particularly frustrating, as I had to make multiple calls (five in total) with the assurance that the doctor would call me back, only to be disappointed each time. Despite the passage of a month since the appointment, I have yet to receive any updates on my test results.

She has a terrible bedside manner and is very rude. Very nasty as soon as I came in there she was being judgmental and obnoxious. She moved her practice upstate and I would have never returned anyway.

If nurse Simon still works there. Stay away. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe her.

I have yet to find a dr to replace Ronit. I went to her for several years, then I became pregnant and moved and had to switch docs. She is a great doc, worth the long waits. She takes the time to talk to you, and I just can't find another doc like her.

She personally is a very good doctor - however, she thinks nothing of your time - I had an appt. last week at 10:45 & there were 4 other women ahead of me & one of them was her 9:30 appt. This is completely unacceptable - I get very little time off & sometimes have to schedule multiple doctors appts. in 1 day - she has no concept of time management nor do they care if you sit there for 2-3 hours waiting. It's not only thoughtless but extremely rude - my time is of value to me.

Dr. Friedman is very knowledgeable and very approachable. She takes time to explain everything, and really cares about you as a person. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. Overall, the experience is professional, and you feel confident that you have been seen by someone who is an expert in her field. I highly recommend Dr. Friedman.

Dr Ronit Friedman is a a very nice and knowledgeable person. On the other had rose is rude and unwilling to help everything is always a problem. her nurse simon has a attitude and is unfriendly. its really sad that she has people like that working for her .

First of all, her staff is usually so unfriendly and unprofessional. Second of all, she and her nurse have made so many mistakes with labs (from miss-identification to overlooking some important results that needed to be followed up on). I used her to deliver my first baby. She was not on call and did not attend. I went back to her for my second pregnancy but they made such a critical mistake that i left in the middle and will not go back. I have been warned in the past about the incompetence of this office but it was in a convenient location and she was nice. Big mistake. I am very glad I switched.

Dr. Friedman is great very professional but her front desk staff is terrible. Very unfriendly, unhelpful and it's always something with them! I have heard this from other people in the neighborhood.
