I have always hated Doctors due to getting misdiagnosed so many times even by the hospitals, but when I got Dr. O'Neill as my Family physician I was thoroughly pleased. He always takes the time to ask me all my health, mental and even personal concerns. He is kind, caring and gentle. Best family doctor I've ever had. He is patient, kind and thorough. Excellent at listening and validating any concerns. No judgement and will go above and beyond to get an answer to any health issue you have. Great with children, women's health and mental health. So lucky to have him look after my family. Also, beautiful, clean clinic. Receptionist always answers the phone and is great at accommodating appointments and providing records.

Dr Shane is absolutely the best doctor a person can have. I have been his patient for over 10 years (while I was in military and now retired) and he has been beside me and supporting me through many medical issues. His kindness and caring are top-notch.
