Dr.Cook is not the nicest, once he gets annoyed with you have fun! He just yells at you and threatens to tell your parents (like who cares) but anyway he also tries to bribe you. He sends letters, thousands of them saying stupid things. He always sends letters saying my parents need to schedule my appts but number 1 you send a little, weird postcard and when you actually get to the appt they are behind and miserable. Some of them are nice but not all. One day I was there for 3 hours and it was supposedly a half hour to 45 mins appt like that is unacceptable. One day I asked if the receptionist could see how much longer my brother would be and she rolled her eyes and I just said you know what forget it. They don't have enough workers and their new location is not more convienent at all! I always seem to see customers annoyed with him. Don't be mistaken he is nice at the beginning and then rude.

Dr. Cook is wonderful. He gives patients his full attention, explains alternatives thoroughly and makes sure patient understands his explanation and has all their questions answered. His staff is equally helpful and goes above an beyond. Dr. Cook knows his craft well is honest.
