I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pullan. She is compassionate, knowledgable and has a great sense of humour.

Thorough, caring, knowledgeable and takes the necessary steps to figure out what is going on. Coming from someone who has dealt with many doctors, to have one who really take the time to listen and give you the help and care you need, is priceless. Thank you Dr. Pullan!

Excellent doctor. Busy place so may have to wait a bit sometimes, but nothing unreasonable. She is kind, caring, knowledgable and thorough. Can't say enough good things. Only downside is her availability which is just part of the deal when you are excellent at your job and work a half schedule (and that is her right!). Thanks Rhoda!

Ended up in ER while on a sailing trip with a kidney stone attack. Dr. Pullan came in to see me shortly I was transferred to a unit and followed me through my care. She was amazing needless to say. She was very knowledgeable and professional and caring. She was even willing to go out of her way to help me on my requests. Being from Calgary, I can honestly and happily say that I have never been treated so caringly and special like I was in the Cowichan District Hospital in Duncan, BC. Thank you to all the nurses, especially Michelle, as well as Dr. Nielsen who took the time and effort to take care of me once consulted. I definitely did not feel like just another patient but like a family member or a good friend whose health and wellbeing was so important.

The best Dr I have ever had. Knowledgeable, caring and thorough. Her first phone call to me in the late evening scared me, but it was reassuring to me how she stays on top of your file.

Dr. Pullan was recommended by another doctor to take care of my critically ill husband when we moved to Duncan. I cannot find a negative thing to say about her. She was always VERY attentive and caring. She was there for us whenever we needed. At first I was surprised to receive night time or weekend calls to check in, but it became very reassuring to know that she was following his care as closely as she was. His complicated condition intimidated many doctors and hospital staff, but not her - she was always knowledgable, confident and calming. During his last month she was by his side, and was secretly watching over me and my girls - making sure we were doing okay. After his passing she was just as astute in caring for his family. I don't know how we would have made it through the ups and downs of that decade without her. Sometimes it takes a while to get in to see her, but that speaks volumes of her care for all her patients. If anything is ever important her wonderful staff make every effort to accommodate and get you seen. Absolutely fantastic dr and human being!!!
