My husband and I love Dr. Straus, but will no longer go to her. The practice is part of a large chain which doesn't appear to value customer service in any fashion. This starts with the phone system. You can be on hold for a half hour sometimes. They do not give out extensions so you cannot communicate with doctors. They made mistakes in insurance paperwork which led to quite the nightmare. They do not make the referrals that are requested by physicians until you show up in the office after waiting for days. The NP is overworked and can't be bothered to answer any questions. Getting copies of test results is nearly impossible. There are constant meetings so staff are rarely available. This is the most incompetent office staff I have ever seen and yet the office manager is not interested in addressing complaints. Shame, because we like Dr. Straus. My recommendation? Stay away from this clinic unless you enjoy frustration.
