office visits are a very stressful experience due to office mngr. (dr.'s wife) who coldly makes you make seperate appointments (and charge$) for simple forms to be filled out. (a 5 min. procedure) Dr. W. speaks crudely, and appears very unkempt, coming off as very unprofessional.
