Dr. Bernard Luby, with WVU Medicine Thomas Hospital Uro-Gynecology, changed my life! I've had severe stress urinary incontinence for years. Dr. Luby performed and placed a trans obturator mid urethral sling (TOT). It was an outpatient procedure that took about 2 hours. I had minimal pain and bleeding and could tell a difference before I even left the hospital after the procedure. Dr. Luby always made me feel as though I was receiving the best possible care, that my concerns were valid, and that he was listening to me, and I was being heard. In conclusion, I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bernard Luby. He has been very attentive to my health issues. I had complicated health problems, and he addressed them all. Dr. Luby performed a robot assisted laproscopic hysterectomy because of severe endometrosis. I had been in pain for years and didn't realize what the problem was. He diagnosed it right away and corrected it. I cannot believe the difference the surgery made. I highly recommend Dr. Luby.
