I am absolutely thrilled with my face lift, neck lift and fat sculpting procedures. Dr. Back and his staff in the office and the surgical center are caring and patient. My results are natural looking and Dr. Back is an excellent surgeon. I recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Back and staff were wonderful from start to finish. My face lift results were fabulous! I would recommend Dr. Back to my good friends and family.

I had breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Back about 2 1/2 years ago. I was on the fence about having this procedure for quite some time but I'm very glad I finally had the surgery and that I chose Dr. Back as my surgeon. From consultation to my final post op appointment, Dr. Back and his staff were nothing but courteous, friendly and helpful. I felt at ease through the entire process. I was completely nervous at the surgery center and Dr. Back and the nurses calmed my nerves and made the surgery go as smoothly as possible for me. I highly recommend Dr. Back he truly is in the right profession. He is an exceptional surgeon!

After a feeble verbal attempt to correct Lyle Back horrendous surgery results, I continue to warn others that this guy "just doesn't care about your results". He is an expert in making it look like the patient is the PROBLEM instead of looking at himself.

Should not have a license to practice medicine. Worst ever.

After completing a year of chemotherapy I decided to treat myself to a face lift for a fresh start. The scars on the back of my neck were so horrible it took two additional z type scar reductions to look somewhat normal. This was so embarrassing I could hardly go out of the house. Dr Back claim that I changed my hairstyle (I am a male!!!) He messed up, then he lies. Not to mention the severe complications I had in his surgi center. I had to go back in an hour later to have the incisions reopened because of swelling. Then he sent me home to another state with a friend after all the hours I was sedated. I was so depressed I could hardly function. After almost dying of cancer , this doctor did a horrendous face lift. He should no be allowed to practice medicine. I rate him a minus 1

This doctor has continually not taken responsibility for scarring me and giving a lack of care and an extreme horrendous terrible bedside manner. The doctor NEVER even touched me at my first post op appointment but stood in the other side of the room with his hands behind his back admiring his work...he didn't even get close to me. A tech (not even a RN) removed my bandages. I have a list a mike long as to the disservice I received. The staff for the most part was rude and cruel. At my post op visits, I was surrounded with an office full of others with complications such as mine. One woman had a boil like cyst where the stitch was a problem. Of the three people in the waiting room that day, all three of us were there with the same complaint. I do not have one good thing to say about my experience other than thank goodness Dr Back did a poor job and didn't pull my skin tight enough, therefore, the doctor doing the repair/revision had lax skin to work with to cut out my scars IN FRONT OF MY EARS that were raised and huge. Obviously, it is not an issue with how I heal, as my subsequent surgeon left no such issues. I have since had my scars revised by a national and international Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who called my scars "baseball stitching". Dr Back should look up Dr Steven Cohen and be careful when answering my Better Business complaint, and taking no responsibility. I am not going to remain quiet about being disfigured, being ignored, being patronized, and being dismissed. I still have the unresolved lump of fat from the "fat transfer" performed under my eyes/on one side only/ I have an asymmetrical lump that people comment on under my eye. I have photos and proof of my complaints. Dr Back can deny my complaints, my face and photos in my possession prove my claim.

Worst Doctor I've ever seen. Terrible visible scarring post face lift and the worst bedside manner. I wouldn't mind his redness if the results were good. I had to go elsewhere for a revision to my scars from a facelift-he puts the incisions in front of the ears- and does a poor job of it. My surgeon who repaired the damage was an artist, and had to work with the botch job Dr Back left me with. I would advise anyone thinking about ISO g this doctor to go elsewhere.

I will never go to him again. I wish I read the reviews on him, they r rt on point! Do not reck ur face & waste ur money!!!

4/25/2013 Dr Back has serious issues. Lower face lift. He is pompous, and his bedside manner is pathetic. I realized this before my surgery, but thought "if he's a good surgeon, what does bedside manner matter"...I found out too late that with him, it's all related. I was so unhappy with my results, as were the other people in the waiting room who also came back for complaints and complications. When I went back a few days after my procedure, he neither looked at all my incisions nor touched me. He stood there with his hands behind his back and marveled over his wonderful work! Not only does Dr Back cut IN FRONT of the ears to produce a visible, ugly STRAIGHT CUT scar that cannot be hidden, he places what he calls a "dissolvable" stitch on either side of the face that he says will dissapear-Ha Ha! I am 6 months post op, and I still have bumps that look like large sebaceous cysts. My scars are unsightly, and I need to keep my hair in front of my ears-which is not easy to do
