The BEST dentist in the Doylestown, Bucks County, PA area. Truly caring and professional every step of the way. We have been patients for almost 12 years and the whole family is better for it. The most patient dentist I have ever had in my life time. Great care and attention given at every visit. My whole family would highly recommend this practice.

My entire family has been going to Dr. Jeff for over 10 years. Especially concerning my children, Dr. Jeff has been amazing; my kids actually like going to the dentist! Also, he has always thoroughly explained all dental issues and clearly presented the options as to how we can proceed. I have always felt confident in his abilities, trusted him and his entire staff and have and continue to recommend Dr. Jeff without reservation.

I've been going to Dr Mercando since he set up his office in the Doylestown area and am very happy with the dental care i've received. However, for the last year or so, he has started using trained techs to do the non-drilling work. i.e. He does just the drilling and a tech will fill and finish the tooth. It seems each time I go there has been a different tech - not sure if there are many of them working there or if there has been a big turnover. The techs are slower than Dr Mercando, so I've found the amount of time now spent there is longer for the patient. For me, it seems that the techs take an exasperatingly long time to fiddle with the filling and finishing. Perhaps by coincidence I have always had the ones learning on the job? Or perhaps there is a fast turnover of techs and they all are new to the job. The front desk staff are superb, as is the hygienist, and Dr Mercando himself.

Exceptional Doctor, Wonderful staff. My children and I were given great care. My kids love him and call him Dr. Jeff. We have been going to him for over 10 years. Thanks Doc.

Dr. Mercando was very patient with me and took wonderful care of my children. It was a pain free visit and a happy experience for my kids. I recommend him for both adults and children.

I don't know anyone who "enjoys" a dental visit but if this is a possibility, Jeff Mercando made this happen! He is a craftsman among craftsmen - a perfectionist personified and I would not ever consider going to anyone else. The only "discomfort" I ever felt was the slight pinch of a needle with novicane. I don't believe anyone living in the Central Bucks County area could ask for more...a professional and courteous staff, excellent location, excellent parking and most convenient hours. I went to this dentist for almost 10 years. He was really nice at first but when I complained of a problem with my fillings and pain he made me feel like a hypochondriac and told me it was normal and would go away in 2 months. 2 months later I still had problems chewing on that side of my mouth, so I went to my new dentist who fixed the problem in 10 minutes and said it was a problem with the way the filling was filed down and could have been fixed day 1. Mercando made little effort to make me feel comfortable after the fillings and made me feel like it was my fault it hurt to chew.
