I saw this doctor at a walk-in clinic and got better results, faster, than my family doctor. The staff was kind and helpful. My plan going forward is to only see this doctor and de-roster my family doctor.

Probably knowledgeable but definitely worst bedside manners I have seen in a healthcare practitioner. Extremely rude and flipped on me just for making a simple genuine request for referral which most certainly was outside her network grid and therefore probably personal gains. Prioritises personal agenda before patient care. All the comments I read from other patients undergoing the same issue was not shocking at all. Will definitely avoid seeing her again.

She’s wonderful! Has been there for my entire family, during my pregnancies and supported me 100% during my pre and post partum periods. I can’t ask for a better doctor and so lovely/caring with my 3 children. I am happy to have found her

I see her whenever I have a chance but every time I go in she always checks in with me to see how I’m doing. When I ask her about something in my file she always goes over it with me even with appointments I had with other specialist that didn’t go over anything with me for the time I saw them. Dr. Sumanac looked at the report and told me what was written down and explained it. Everyone has their good and bad days but I don’t claim to be a doctor when I go in but even I would get annoyed with someone telling me how to do my job. People need to remember that she is also a person like them. She does not push medication down your throat and if you have a bad result she will do a follow up requisition in a few months to ensure it’s accurate. My grandmother also sees her and when she had an emergency and she was in pain she saw her the next day but would seen her that day if she was open. Appointments are based on what you tell her staff. I can get an appointment in 1 to 2 weeks but if it’s not an emergency it can take 3 weeks. That is not her fault, again it is what you tell her staff as you deal with them first. Overall, I’ve been seeing her since I was roughly 14 and I’m now 34 - in 20 years she has always listened to my concerns.

Horrible doctor, changed through the years. It's her way or no way. She yells at you if you look up at your symptoms on Google and tells you that everyone wants to be a doctor nowadays. She is rude and it takes me 2-3 weeks to get an appointment with her. I do not recommend her as a doctor.

The bottom comments are 100 percent true. She is extremely negative now. Barely wants to help and makes you feel very belittled when you share your own views. It’s her way or nothing. She was never the friendliest but something in her life must have happened that made her very negative.

The last comment is so true. She has changed. Definitely not the same as she was. She seems to have a chip on her shoulder. Doesn’t like anyone looking things up on google & think they are a doctor. She won’t listen to you if you do that. She will get very upset with you. She very negative , not a happy person .

This doctor has changed over the years and NOT in a good way. I don't feel welcome and listened to anymore when I go there. She does not have much patience, is miserable and on the defensive all the time, makes inappropriate comments (like I am not paying for the test, it is OHIP, so I don't care, it seems that every body has medical knowledge these days, etc.). Her staff is great though (very kind and understanding).

Completely against holistic medicine and will scrutinize you if you believe in it. Look elsewhere for a caring doctor.

I am so happy with having Dr. Sumanac as my doctor. She has been so helpful and kind to me over the years.
