Saw him multiple times. Terrible doctor, won't listen to your description of symptoms or needs. Dismisses your issues. Only wants to spend 1 minute with you but is somehow always late anyway.

Only had him for a short time, referred to by my father all seemed good but about 2 months before my father passed away (sept 19,2021) he just up and left the practice in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia (for the second time)- not a word to the clinic or staff and left all patients in the cold, no replacement Doctor. My father was waiting for blood work at the time of his leaving with may have giving us an idea of my father’s true wellness. He went into hospital on Sunday and a week later he passed. We had no quality time to share before he passed. Dr. Power I heard went back to Ontario to teach ... I think because he left in the way he did his practice licence should be revoked....Teach? Definitely NOT! Have to give one star at least to post which has no reflection on staff.

Dude up and left his patients with no doctor... The guy is a complete moron. No idea how he's qualified to be a medical doctor...

We are sad to see Dr Power leave, he was always available for appointments , listened well and courteous to us. He was good with our blood requisiitions and gave us sound advice. He also told us on a telephone appointment approx two months prior to his leaving that he was going. No complaints and we wish him well.

He's a joke... couldn't even do a requisition for bloodwork over the phone. Belongs in ON that's for sure.

Thanks so much Dr Power for leaving us high and dry not even so much as a phone call or email perhaps letter saying you were leaving , had to call to find out in an attempt to do a renewal and found out congrats you no longer have a Dr. I get you had problems and your recent heart attack , but seriously s&*t move on your part with no warning

For the 2nd time in a decade Dr. Power has run away from his patients for Ontario. Here's hoping this time around he stays gone

I have been a patient of his for a year and a half, he was not always on schedule and seemed a little on the dry side. With covid it's been hard to get to see any doctor but to up and leave without notifying his patients that he is leaving is terrible! Even the clinic he worked at did not notify anyone. Our health care system is a mess!!

Never achieved a comfortable Dr / Patient relationship with Dr Power over all the time he spent at Woodlawn medical clinic in Dartmouth, he comes over Cold, Robotic, and disinterested and I was very reluctant to go see him after many years of awesome care from Dr Greg Roy. Our family all refer to him as “ROBODOC” and that describes him well. His response to my request for a screening referal for a previously diagnosed condition was… Well good luck with that one !!!! A year later it has still not happened. Well Ottawa, hope you now have good luck with that one, fear not though he won’t stay long

Dr. Power is very punctual and efficient. Anytime I've needed tests, he's always sent me for them and followed up as soon as he received the results. Although he's concise and to the point with his conversations, I've still found him to be kind and thorough.
