I have been a patient of Dr. Kornhiser for a year (ADD, mild depression). I moved here from out of state, was disappointed to see how few psychiatrists there are in the area. My experience has been great. He's personable, smart, experienced, and he listens. He's flexible w/treatment, works with me, but I trust his judgment and go with it.

Dr. Kornhiser said some things at the end of a very nice and normal introductory session that were absolutely unprofessional. I don't know if he was having a bad day or something, but I have never heard a medical professional be so flippant and ridiculous. I wish I could go into details but it would be too specific. I am considering a formal complaint but I'm not sure how to go about it because I think he might be the head of the department.
