Very pleasant visit considering it was during Christmas and very short unexpected notice. Dr DiPaola and his staff were wonderful, very thorough and kind. I was given a diagnosis, minimal treatment for what had to be done and expectation of what could be done. All I can say is Thank you, thank you thank you!

My adult daughter is a recovering addict with so many issues. She has been sober for a while and for her birthday all she wanted is to have her neglected teeth fixed. We asked around and heard Garden City was very non judgemental. This isn't our normal dentist but my daughter was too embarrassed to back our longtime doctor. I am so impressed with this office. ZERO JUDGEMENTAL comments from the tentative call to for an appointment after I explained the situation. The office worked with ODSO and me without issue Her procedure went flawlessly. Dr. Paula and his assistant Emily were totally professional. Emily went above and beyond for my daughter, holding her, talking through what happening above all else and kept reminding her she was an advocate and to let her talk to Dr. Paula. THANK YOU!! Your office is doing this for all the right reasons!

I recently moved to St. Catharines and needed a new dentist for me and my family. Garden City Dental was highly by several colleagues and I'm happy to say they were absolutely right! Even my kids (who hated our last dentist) loved going! Our daughter ended up having a cavity and needed work done. We were so impressed with Dr. Dipaol and his assistant Emily during her procedure! My daughter didn't feel a thing and was smiling on her way out the door.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paola's for many years and have always gotten excellent care. My most recent visits were especially outstanding because of the care and kindness shown to me by Emma. I was critically sick and waiting for a dbl lung Transplant. While waiting for a call for new lungs, I had to be free of other ailments, including absolutely clean mouth & teeth. Days before the call for a dbl lung transplant, Dr. Di Paola gave me an immediate appointment while I was in a wheelchair and along with his wonderful staff, took care of my teeth helping my journey to a successful lung transplant. I cannot say enough about his kindness and professionalism . I will always be grateful to him. Chado Brcic

I have been a patient at this office (Garden City Dental) for 19 years now and I have NEVER had a bad experience with them!! They are always responsive, friendly and ready to help when you need it! Their work is excellent. I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Di Paola and I have excellent experiences with him. I recently saw Dr. Kevin (Dr. Di Paola was away) and I found him to be incredibly helpful and he had amazing bed-side manner!! I highly recommend Garden City Dental!
