Made me very uncomfortable. Low taller and hard to understand. He seems very unsure about himself. NOT WHAT SOMEONE WANTS IN A DOCTOR.

Dr phillips has been my family doctor since 1979 here in Trail bc he has always been professional and very attentive to my personal needs dealing with my health he delivered my son and daughter and has been my husbands doctor as well I had a very serious fall at my job and Dr phillips was so good to me and made sure all my pain was taken care of he has never hesitated referring me to specialists if needed and has been a very concerned Dr I have a chronic medical condition now since 1998 and the care he has shown me has been nothing but generous and most endearing today I found out he is retiring I am indeed so sad I will miss him so much and I really don't know how I'll get on without him but I congratulate him on 37 fabulous years being an extraordinary doctor and I will miss him good luck Dr phillips we wish u lots of luck in your years with your wife and enjoy your years of leisure take care lots of love The lafaces

Dr. Philips did my medical when I was immigrating to Canada. He was very accommodating and took me in as his patient. Now, he has been our family doctor for 7 years and we are very pleased with his service. He also does not hesitate making referrals to specialist. ONE GOOD DOCTOR!

He should've have a nurse in the same room when he does general check ups - like private parts check ups for immigrants. he makes patients feel uncomfortable.

Dr. Phillips has been amazing during the illness of my father. His explanations and calm demeanor are soothing to a family dealing with a terminal illness of a cherished family member.

Dr Rowland (with a W) apparently had released/discussed OUR medical files/emergency room visit with a complete stranger over the phone WITHOUT our written or verbal consent this week. We are perusing legal actions. This is a violation of the privacy act.

THE BEST!!! Dr. Phillips has been our family doc for 25 years, had 3 miscarriages, 2 c sections, Dr. Tweedale did the surgery and Dr. Phillips assisted, holding my hand while I went under telling me it would be okay. Very caring, never rushes a visit, such a kind man. Refers to a specialist without hesitation. LOVE HIM

I have been going to him since his first days and I agree that he is an excellent doctor. Always willing to spend the time with you. Is willing to send you off to a specialist if needed. Hope he doesnt retire for a long time

I needed a doctor last Monday because I was in incredible pain. Turned out that he was an incredible doctor. His perfect rating is welled deserved! He is a cohort of my regular doctor. We are very lucky to have both of them practicing here in Trail. Without the doctors here in Trail I would have been dead for sure a number of years ago!
