Dr M is such a great dentist. I got veneers done at his office and it completely changed my smile. I recommend Dr. M to all my friends, family and staff. Thanks Talega Dental.

I would avoid this dentistry office. The customer care and dental care are much less than you would expect from a dentistry office. My wife and my teeth have not been the same since trusting our dentist work to them. They are insincere in their attempts to cover up poor workmanship. We both have had porcelain fillings crack in less then 2 years with no plausible explaination, other than it was our fault. We have switched dentistry offices and it is like night and day in service.

This dental group (Talega Dental Group) is a total rip off. I totally agree with the previous reviewers. Dental group does not honor insurance plan, pushes opening a Care Credit account, and does not return telephone calls. The company used an invalid billing code to overcharge for a crown and overcharged for another procedure. I had my insurance plan call and the office manager would not come to the phone- 3 phone attempts were made. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company, filed a dispute with my credit card insurer, and am in the processing of filling a complaint with the state regulatory agency. If you go to this dental group before having any procedures done check with your insurance company about your dental benefits. A better scenario would be DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DENTAL GROUP!

This Dentist pretty much bypassed my insurance, except to collect a copay. Then insisted that there inhouse cost was better than my insurance, all the while overcharging me hundreds of dollars for cleaning, scaling and one crown. not to mention their "package" of dental supplies they insisted I buy for 750.00 which included electric toothbrush, water pik, solution, toothbrush, floss. I could of bought these things on my own for 1/4th of the cost elsewhere. Also they said I needed 8 crowns. the new dentist Im now going to says I need 4 crown. I feel overcharged and ripped off for what I did have done. Im just glad I payed as I went instead of letting them talk me into the financial plan.

This dentist overcharged me for a procedure that was covered by my insurance company. When I confronted the front desk and notified them of there mistake they became very hostile towards me. I spent an hour and a half at the dentist office talking to my insurance company and to the dentist receptionist asking them to refund me the money they overcharged me. The dentist at this facility also yelled at me and showed a very aggressive attitude towards me. I am very displeased with the customer service at this facility and would not recommend this place even to someone I hate. I would advise anyone going through a dental procedure to verify with your insurance company that you are not being overcharged.
