He always provided us with very attentive care and careful, consistent follow-up. He answered all questions patiently, and we felt he was truly concerned about our health.

Doctor arrived 40 minutes late. Asked humiliating questions I didn't want to talk about with him, belittled me, failed to follow up with calling prior health specialist (as he promised), and failed to follow through in getting back to me (also as promised).

Dr. Kasten is one of the best.... always late, but always because he spends a lot of quality time with his patients.. staff is friendly. Big practice which kind of stinks, but all in all.. highly recommended...
