Although she is now retired, I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Suzanne Langley. She is incredibly educated and takes every step to address a patient's concern at hand. She is thorough, compassionate, and would even follow up personally after hours. GP's like her are rare these days and I am very sad to no longer have her, but thanks to her my quality of life after some tough years of testing and trials and errors is beyond what I thought it ever could be. Thank you for your many years of service and care, Dr. Langley, and I wish you all the best. Dr. Stephanie Shorter, her replacement at Docs on the Bay, is also incredibly thorough and they could not have done a better job at trying to fill Dr. Langley's shoes.

I have been a patient of Dr. Langley's for over 20 years and I can't say enough about her quiet competence, professionalism and caring manner. My daughter and grandchildren are also in her care. Over the years, we have been extremely impressed by the way Dr. Langley handled all of our medical issues; however, most recently, I owe my hearing to Dr. Langley's preliminary diagnosis, over the phone, while I was away on holiday. She was able to determine my situation, send me directly to emergency while I was away and set me up with Vancouver specialisits the moment I arrived home. My situation was extremely time sensitive and if it were not for her intervention and guidance, I would have lost all my hearing in one ear. My diagnosis was missed by two US physicians. I owe a great deal of gratitude to her expertise and am very thankful to have her as our physician.

Dr Langley has been my GP since I was born and is an outstanding family physician. She has had some difficult decisions with me and i am completely comfortable around her. She manages a large patient portfolio but is incredibly up-to-date on my medications / illness and could not be more thorough. Her and her husband also cared for my grandmother who suffered a very complicated illness and they seemed to be family members, helping us make difficult decisions and constantly liaising with the hospital doctors. Dr. Langley is unparalleled in her field and I consider myself lucky to be her patient!

Last summer Dr Langley helped me with a very difficult decision. She did some extra research just for my problem, which was complicated. I followed her advice and everything worked out... I would recommend her to anyone, she is a very genuine and caring person.

Dr, Langley is the most caring and knowledgable doctor that I have have been fortunate to know. I feel very comfortable with her that I am getting the care I need. She is quick to have you checked further with tests to ensure she is not overlooking anything, or to refer you to a specialist. However, as I grow older and have more need to see her, I find that because she only works two days a week, I am unable to get an appointment unless I call a day ahead. Not always satisfactory.

Dr Langley is the best! Has been my doctor for more years than I can remember. She has always been thoughtful, caring and patient. Even though she is professional in every way, my experiences with her were like interacting with a caring family member. Dr Langley actually saved my life. Even though my lump did not present the classic signs of cancer, she insisted I have it checked out. Sure enough, it was. If not for her.... I highly recommend her.

Dr. Langley is someone I think of daily. She is not my Doctor today, but a number of years ago, I went through a terrible time with my second pregnancy and postpartum depression. She was so helpful with getting me on the right antidepressant. She took the time to research what pharmaceutical would work best for me at the time and believe me "it made a huge difference in my life". Though I am not with her today is not a reflection upon her style.
