I had a terrible experience with Dr Joselito. He seems to have anger management issues. He treated with contempt for asking about specific tests for my Pre-diabetes condition. When asked for another test, since he didn’t want to order the first one, he got angrier & said that he won’t see me again… things got worse when I mentioned that the reason what I was asking was because I read about it. He stated that he was the expert because he went to the university…. He definitely has issues.

I was referred to Dr Cabaccan but lo and behold, on my first visit ever, it was another doctor who saw me! I was NEVER told that I wasn't seeing Cabaccan but was going to be seen by someone else. I asked to be scheduled with Cabaccan but the scheduled date was too far out. I guess they don't care.

I have been seeing Dr. Cabaccan for a few years and he is very pleasant very caring very knowledgeable very efficient all and all and feel very blessed that I have him for my Endocrinologist The staff has always been very nice and pleasant to me and they are also very efficient and caring as well. Most of the time there isn’t a long wait time .

Was referred to Cabuccan but staff scheduled me with another MD and didn’t tell me. On my second appointment, I called to reschedule and the ride young man on the phone argued with me. I can hardly wait to be done with this practice / group.

Long wait. Poor service. Rude staff. After a long wait, I felt I was rushed during consultation.

I was referred to Dr. Cabaccan at the beginning of Oct. 2019. I never saw him. I saw a P.A. each visit. I had lots of labs, a scan, and an ultrasound. I was diagnosed with a neck tumor but my care was NEVER prioritized by this practice. I would have to wait 6-7 weeks between appts. My biopsy wasn't scheduled until Jan 2020. I decided to change insurance & providers. My new endocrinologist did an ultrasound the first visit (not 7 weeks later). He did a biopsy 1 week later after getting authorization (not 7 wks later) My surgeon said my tumor was the biggest he had ever encountered in 32 years of practice. That's because Dr. Cabaccan gave it several months to grow.

Dr Cabaccan is a good doctor but his staff is worthless. If you ever want to be frustrated dealing with his staff is horrible. The doctor will travel when you have an appointment and they won't contact you to let you know your appointment has been cancelled.

Dr. Cathy Grellet, an excellent GP, referred me to Dr. Cabaccan a couple of years back on suspicion of thyroid cysts. Dr. Cabaccan was great. Very thorough and answered all my questions. (I've had physical examination of the thyroid, ultrasounds, and biopsies with him. All professionally done). I see him yearly and he is always informative about what he sees and what I should do if I notice any changes. Would definitely recommend him.

Great friendly personality. Didn't do a lot of advising, perhaps b/c I have a medical background. Hopefully he's more educating for the common layperson.

Had to wait over an hour in the waiting room each time because I'm white. He is a ****. He will see every minority patient first even if the other person had an appointment an hour later than yours. Office staff won't be able to pronounce your name unless you're asian or hispanic.
