This dentist flat out made up work that he claimed that I needed to get done. I got two second opinions after seeing him. He claimed that I needed several thousand dollars worth of dental work. This shocked me as I have always taken excellent care of my teeth. I went and got two second opinions from two unrelated practices and both advised me that I did not need any work at all. His practice has since gone out of business but the Dr is still working for another office in town. If a doctor doesn't have integrity what does he have? What is funny is that one of the second opinions that I received was from the new office that he is working for. They thought that maybe I misunderstood what he had told me but I had all of the paperwork from my last visit. The other dentist just looked at me when I showed it to him and didn't know what to say.

I saw Dr. Ostler in August 2013 and was very confused as to why I needed the treatment he suggested. After meeting with the very knowledgeable front office gal, Kim, I was back on board. Much to my dismay when I returned 6 weeks later she was no longer there and mid treatment he changed the plan. Once again I was confused and his arrogant answer was simply, "that's the way it is". When checking out I asked the new gal if she could explain it to me and well all I can say is I left more confused then ever. I have sought out a new dentist and I would not recommend this office to anyone. What Dr.Ostler lacked his staff made up for but unfortunately that is just not the case anymore.

I have been going to Dr. Ostler for years. He did have a bump in the road with his front office staff but that has been sorted out. During that period I saw another dentist. That dentist asked if the same doctor did all the work in my mouth. I said yes. He said well, he's an excellent dentist! After that I returned and haven't had any problems with the staff since. Doctor has always been fabulous. He's kind, caring, and works to make sure you are not in pain. Great Dentist!

Dr. Ostler and his staff were very helpful and explained what treatment I needed and what the costs would be. My experience was wonderful and I would recommend this office to everyone!

I was told by Dr. Ostler's office staff that my two dental insurances would cover the cost of my dental bills. Needless to say, I ended up paying out of pocket over a thousand dollars.

Very rough, rraised the price halfway through crown treatment hundreds of dollars (cash customer)left tooth half done. Charged me 35 to tell me he was raising the price, demands cash up front.
