All this doctor cares about his money! Always just trying to make a hard sale, like used car salesman.

This person is not even human let alone a doctor! But performing a cheek implant procedure he left a medical sponge in my face for 17 years I had no idea words cannot even describe the disgust I feel every single day of my life because I made the mistake of using him for a plastic surgeon I got the plastic part right!

This man hires lawyers to remove negative, but HONEST reviews online. Even of the statement is honest and NOT DEFAMATION, he gets his lawyers to scare you to put the reviews down. Don’t trust the positive reviews as its not an accurate representation of his work, he encourages happy patients to post but uses lawyers to bully patients to put down the negative reviews. Truly incompetent and one of the most unethical doctors out there, I have never encountered a doctor as unethical and incompetent as him.

Dr. Lam was rude and unprofessional. He made me feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend him.

When I had a consultation with him, he said no scar on your face it will go away. Now almost 10 years later that scar hasn't gone away. When I talked with him about the scar he just said to go to a dermatologist. He doesn’t know what he is doing and doesn’t care about patient. I have a large S shape scar on my face, for which people now say I have a scary face. His actions have given me considerable stress and depression. Plus now every time I see my face in a mirror, I get mad and so now I have insomnia. This has ruined my face and my life. I'm waiting for his office to be closed down. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. Please don't go to him!!!

I am permanently left with scarring, obvious facial asymmetry and deformities, that I’ve seen many other plastic surgeons to fix but this is nearly impossible unless I get a new face transplant. I GET STARRED AT IN PUBLIC EVERY DAY AND PEOPLE ASK WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. I can’t publish photos because of his gag order and privacy reasons, but trust me on this IF YOU SAW MY PHOTOS YOU WOULD BE HORRIFIED. After what he has done to me, the way he covers up his mistakes by using a gag order to prevent this from getting out in the public is ridiculous. I have to see what this irresponsible doctor did to me everytime I look in the mirror. For what he has done to me, he owes me compensation for the specialist visits, time, medications but he has never even offered that. It disgusts me I am in this position because he performed a medical procedure on my face that I DID NOT WANT and constantly REFUSED despite him pushing me. IF ONLY HE HAD DONE THE PROCEDURES I ASKED FOR NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED AND I WOULDNT BE IN THIS SITUATION NOW. I will continue telling my story until he is held accountable for what he has done to me or until his license is revoked. He owes me thousands of dollars that I invested just to fix his mistakes, his lack of responsibility to document his findings properly and get informed consent left me with this monstrosity that I have to live with for the rest of my life and had impact on my bank account just to fix his mistakes.

I recently went to Dr. Lam’s office for Sculptra. Everything was fantastic. I found Dr. Lam on Google, and he was the only one I needed to have a consultation with. Dr. Lam is an honest, wonderful man and a true artist. His office staff is also warm and helpful. I have always been happy with his results and will give him the highest recommendation.

I had a chin implant last Tuesday. Dr. Lam was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, on time, and very thorough. Absolutely, I am happy with my results. Everything he said about the week of recovery was spot on. I will recommend Dr. Lam for sure.

I had my final Miradry session with Dr. Lam yesterday. My plastic surgeon recommended him. I have always had a strong smell under my arms. After the first session, I saw a very big improvement; it was about 70% better. I am expecting the best with my second. So far, I’m very happy about my results. I really recommend the procedure to anybody that needs it.
