We had 2 kids go through treatment. First child had 2 phases. First phase was rocky at best. Second phase, awful… You will always have to wait forever at appointments. They never fit emergency slots into their daily schedules. I read that someone compared this office to a puppy mill, and that’s the most perfect explanation. The constant rotating staff members and the inability to keep an additional orthodontist on staff means that the techs do all of the work. You literally only get Dr. Lach for maybe 2-3 minutes. Brad is literally the only saving grace of this company. I refuse to go back for retainer adjustments, we will just be ordering online if needed. They took over a month to get replacement retainers for my son and ended up handing me the entire box with his molds and everything. It’s sad, because this was a really great practice, once upon a time. Now all they are is a machine that files patients in and out. You’ll see all these fun things they do - we were patients for almost 6 years and never once were ever a part of any of the “fun activities” - my kids never got their “I got my braces off” pictures you’ll see online either.

We LOVE this place! The orthodontist and staff are always very nice and helpful. Phone communication is great, too! Highly recommend them.

Every time I go their, they mess somthing up. Their work sucks. They also give you a contract that you can not brake. When I go their is people that look like they just came out of collage.I feel like they have a lack of knowledge . They dont even have individual room for them to work on you. The place looks like a transformed nail salon . I would not recommend it for you if want to feel like a test dummy.

Made me remove 2 of my perfectly healthy teeth at the top to compensate my 2 missing teeth on the bottom. Now my smile is gummy and my teeth are leaning inward. He told me there is no way to push my teeth forward without getting implants. Now I need to pay another $2000 to open up my teeth and thousands of dollars to get 4 implants. My teeth were way better before, I do not recommend. imgur.com/GHo66Fm

He didn’t care less about his patients. Dr. Lach was a gentle and patient man to each and every client he has. He was simply amazing and just care about his patients. He listened intently to me while I was speaking out my problem. He made an immediate solution about it and I was very happy that he didn’t make it too harsh for dental health but affordable at the same time. Thumbs up for Dr. Lach!

I genuinely love the staff and services at Lach Orthodontics. Dr. Lach was very friendly and gentle while I was under my treatment. You won't be disappointed so go and check out Lach Orthodontics if you are looking to start getting braces or Invisalign!

He could care less about the overall experience his patients, my child receives. This is basically a "puppy mill" for braces. Clear Dr Lachs number one priority is money. He will spend maybe 2 minutes top with the patient. The office staff if terrible. They also have it set up now where you have to call a call center, his staff doesn't return calls even for emergencies. I truly believe they do not want to engage with the patients. Dr Lach is disengaged and uninvolved in customer satisfaction.

Please do not take your child here. The most awful three year experience. While I was waiting for almost 2 hours to talk to the Dr. at my last appointment, another mother in the waiting area tried to warn me to stay away if I was a new patient. When I tried to talk to the Dr. about the questionable actions of the staff he became hostile. My child actually started to cry from the way I was being spoken to. The only reason I don't take further action is I fear retaliation against my child, as I paid in full and he still has his braces on. Any complaints and the Dr. will keep the money and refuse further treatment. This review is an effort to save parents from what we have gone through. The other mother and I both wished someone would have done the right thing and warned us before it was too late. If you want to see it for yourself, sit in the waiting room for half an hour on a busy day and keep your eyes open.

Lach Orthodontics is a place I greatly REGRET taking my daughter to. The first few visits were to reattach her brackets because they wouldn’t stay glued on. Only one staff member was able to, so I requested just him for the 2+ years she wore braces. Toward the end of my daughter’s treatment, I purchased three more services. To laser her excess gums, file her edges, and whiten her teeth. Prior to that happening, I mentioned it to her Dentist, who strongly asked me to not do the whitening portion because of my daughter’s condition. She has Tuberous Sclerosis Complex which causes tumors in all her organs, and dental pits on her teeth. I confirmed the Dentist’s concerns with the TSC specialist that we go to. I told this to the staff at Lach’s, and they did just the other two services. And since I’d paid in full for the additional services (no discount, just thought it’d be easier,) I asked about a refund for the whitening portion, about $330. At first I was told they don’t give refunds, just credits. I explained we were at the end and nothing left to buy. Also, I’d originally signed up two daughters for braces, but after a rocky start with the first, I cancelled the second child and was given a refund. So this was a lie. I also explained that, although it shouldn’t matter anyway, I didn’t change my mind, but that two professional doctors felt it would be detrimental to her oral health to whiten her teeth because it’d weaken her already weak enamel. I’ve called so many times, I’ve gone in person, I’ve emailed, I’ve specifically asked for Dr. Lach himself to call me, but just crickets. They took my money, didn’t perform the service, made up a false policy, and POCKETED THE MONEY! Each time I call, the staff members know the deal and feel badly for me. They apologize and say they don’t blame me for being upset. They’ve also said they don’t understand why he won’t refund me. I regret so much that I took my child to Lach Orthodontics. -always a 45-60+ minute wait for your appointment (every 6-8 weeks) -you only see Dr. Lach himself when you sign up and the day of removal -receptionists are always sweet, but most technicians are very cold -won’t refund overpayment for non-performed additional services -Dr. will not return phone calls, ever -make up contradictory policies to fit their needs No, i do not recommend this place. I suggest you drive an hour out of your way if need be before going here for braces.
