Reception staff are rude and incompetent. When I asked to book a translator for Mum, the receptionist said she didn't know how to so I had to take leave from work. On another occasion she had billed us wrongly because 'there were two Asian names on the screen and they looked similar.' Just this morning I called to reschedule one of mum's appointments because she is taking care of her sick mother and the receptionist on the line said 'HA! Again?' Unacceptable

Absolute waste of time and money. Between the very first call from reception to the overpriced, rushed 15 minute appointment it was rediculous. I understand why they request payment PRIOR to the appointment now.
