Biography
Brandy Medhurst, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, providing care to patients ages 15 and older. She felt called to family practice nursing because of her deep commitment to delivering holistic, compassionate, and accessible care to individuals and families across the lifespan. Brandy finds fulfillment in building relationships with her patients, educating them, and advocating for their well-being. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice from the University of South Florida. Brandy’s care philosophy is rooted in treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. She believes in building trusting relationships through active listening and empathy and is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to promote wellness, prevent disease, and support her patients’ long-term health. In her free time, Brandy enjoys watercolor painting and roller derby.
