She’s a new provider at this location and didn’t seem to actually listen to my concerns, nor did she follow through with providing refills for my medications for my chronic illnesses. I requested refills for my meds to be called into my mail order pharmacy and, six weeks later, I’m still trying to obtain them because my pharmacy has had no success obtaining the additional information they requested from her. I was told at my appointment that someone from the office would call to schedule the remainder of the tests for my annual physical, which couldn’t be done due to equipment issues, yet no one has called nor do they seem to know which tests were needed because she failed to note them in my chart. Seeking a new provider or the location of the providers who’ve left the practice in the last 2 years.

I was one of her patients and she just left out of no where from her office. Now I have to start over with a new doctor. The staff was confused as I was. I wouldn't recommend if your looking for a long term doctor to she her.

Robyn Vanderford,FNP is one of the few Dr.s in practice that is caring and will go beyond her call of duty. She has saved my life a few times and even come to my home when I was too sick to leave my bed.I highly recommend her to everyone.
