Dr Lee's advertises himself as a hormone specialist and charges very high fees. He orders a great number of tests which are non medicare so they also cost a lot. His knowledge base in relation to my treatment was poor. This resulted in several years of misdiagnosis and health problems as a result of the treatment. Most people who see him for thyroid conditions for which he is marketed as a specialist / leader in but it isn't a reality. My advice if you have a hormone related problem is to go to see an endocrinologist. They go through extra training and continued professional development to give you solid advice. They are also much cheaper.

Dr Lee is by far the best Dr I have seen for the treatment of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. He leaves no stone unturned to find out why you still don't feel well. He does his own special tests along with blood tests to check that treatment is working. He explains everything that is happening to your body & why, in easy to understand terms. He is thoughtful & always asks if you understand what he is explaining before moving on to the next step. He is friendly with a positive attitude & genuinely cares for his patients. Most importantly he gets good results. He runs his practice by himself & responds to queries quickly. His relaxed manner is very warming & puts you at ease right away.

Purports to be a specialist in thyroid and other hormones.Unfortunately he simply does hundreds of blood tests, some not covered by medicare, but when he can't find a reason for your problems begins to hint that the problems are psychological, and is quite unsympathetic..He has an arrogant manner, and I in my opinion the knowledge of a G.P.,but has seen a loophole whereby he can take advantage of those not helped by the medical profession,by being a quasi/specialist/alternate medical practitioner. His rooms are cluttered and dirty. He has no staff to rate.
