I find the results of my rhinoplasty distressing. My nostrils are retracted, my columella is off-center, and my alas (right above my nostrils,) have been flattened. I went in for a septoplasty and a minor change and ended up with a nose that no longer fits my face. At my pre-op visit Dr Harirchian didn't do a front morph of my nose or pull up a picture of my face to discuss a surgical plan. If you decide to go with her and she doesn't examine your nose, do a front morph, or go over a detailed plan with you (millimeters) I would cancel. I also had a facelift and my face looks the same or a bit fallen. $40,000 all-around downgrade. Also, check out FB rhinoplasty support groups before you have surgery.
