Terrible doctor. Felt like he was just trying to get rid of you to other providers (like to another sleep specialist which you have to pay for, or back to your GP who recommended the sleep specialist ). He didn't have any useful recommendations for my sleep. Said from your previous study we know sleep is bad and fragmented (from a study done years back) - there is nothing that can be done. Asked to read a book on cbt and then said I could try marjuana since it is NOW legal and talk to my GP. When told it's not what I wanted to consider - said I'm just trying to be helpful.! Suggested sleepio, but he should look at that app, you can't register on it unless you're in a study or a US employer is on it! Very frustrating experience with this doctor and NOT at all HELPFUL

I have been trying to get a hold of this doctor for 2weeks for a Provent prescription . Voice mail only ,listing 20 other doctors , leave messages regarding the urgency . no return call .

As I clearly don' t suffer from Sleep Apnea imo Dr. Likwornik appeared totally disinterested in me and my lifetime battle with insomnia. Is that the ONLY thing sleep clinics do is push the expensive overnight sleep study and then send you off to get a CPAP machine? Heck the Sleep clinic I went to shared counterspace with a Cpap sales rep! I work in healthcare myself, and now having talked about this with others it seems everyone who's ever gone to a sleep clinic seems to get diagnosed with sleep apnea. Even a slim, fit Aghanistan war Vet struggling with nightmares and having disturbed sleep...yup Sleep Apnea. Is there some conflict of interest ? As a taxpayers I'd sure would like to know. As for this Dr.....pathetic imo. I know more about sleep disorders than this clown.

Knowledgeable. Went carefully over my sleep assessment. Spoke and listened well. Did not encourage use of drugs or push an uneeded machine. Gave me common sense solutions to my sleep disturbances.

He diagnosed me as having mild sleep apnea. Did not seem to care about the previous report of higher sleep apneas. Also lost my x-ray that showed a nasal issue. He gave me a prescription for a cpap machine and it was for a very low pressure . There was very little information provided to the lab. The doctor also refused do alter the prescription despite the fact me calling into the office saying that I can't breath. He told the reception that I can can wait a week and that my condition is very mild. The manager and front desk are very rude. I was even told to seek private health care else where. My expectations were too high for them. I don't think the College of Physicians would agree.

Utterly useless; reluctant to issue a prescription for a drug that I have used and had positive experiences with, but rather issued a prescription for different medication that had significantly worse side effects (of which I was not informed)

I felt rushed. Didn't get answers to my questions. Bad side effects to med. he prescribed on top of a med. I was already on.

Impatient. Grumpy. Didn't want to take time to receive and answer questions. Couldn't answer questions about drug he prescribed and said there were no adverse or side effects (there are a lot!).
