Someone in her office forged my name (scanned and copied it) on releases of medical information for previous health care professionals. I found out when my Primary Care Physician's office called me to confirm that I had requested the release of records. I signed some documents for insurance reimbursement. I purposely DID NOT SIGN ANY documents for release of information from other Drs because I wanted to meet Laurie Kimball before deciding to work with her. I should have sued her. The only reasons I didn't was a combo of procrastination and not being litigious. It may have been the office manager, but I would strongly discourage anyone from seeing her.
