Worst experience ever! Gruff and thoughtless doctor with a very poorly run practice. Ridiculous wait times due to overbooking and an unorganized, overwhelmed staff.

Dr Brooks did a RPP 6 months ago and did an excellent job. 100% recovery, very little pain. Cancer is gone!!

His staff seems overwhelmed. They often do not follow up and will not return calls . I often am put on hold with no success of talking to anyone . The doctor is personably and knowledgeable but the staff needs to be more accountable.

While a good doctor never expect to get in on time or get a call back.
