Dr Ibrahim has been our family doctor for many years. He has always displayed professionalism and kindness. He is thorough, and his diagnoses are ‘spot on’. We are completely, completely satisfied.

I'm very dissatisfied with the service we received from Dr. Ibrahim and the front desk staff!! If I could give no stars, I would. First of all, when I initially asked the front desk to book my DS circumcision, the girl didn't offer me any other option other that Dr. Ibrahim. I had been told by the nurses at the hospital, and a few others that this is the only dr office in town to offer the circumcision procedure right in the office, so as a brand new mom and assuming this is the only Dr in the office who does circumcisions (as I was given no other options to chose from). I agreed with her. I now know this all to be false but had no way of knowing at the time and had no help from the staff. So, the day comes (finally, as he is only in the office a few times a month..) We had our dr appt with the delivery dr and circumcision with Dr. Ibrahim booked at the same time so the freezing would be finished and to prevent my newborn from getting over hungry/tired by the time the dr appt was finished. Dr appt with his dr went great, Dr. Pederson is wonderful! And then we sat in the waiting room, and sat and sat and sat. An hour after the appt was supposed to be, I asked the front desk how long it would be as DS was hungry. They said 'he should be here soon, he runs on "Lake time"'... Lake time?! He wasn't even in the office yet?! They assured me it wouldn't be too much longer, even though there were two other new families waiting patiently as well.. So finally after almost 2 hours in the dr office, we get called in for the procedure. He was very rude, and didn't listen to the questions I asked. I had to ask several questions more than twice for him to hear me over his own voice and poor attempt at making jokes. Whatever, just get this over with and get us out of here! Was all I could think at this point. The nurse who was assisting him was great, and she answered the questions he neglected after his very loud exit from the exam room. Fast forward to once the procedure is done, and everything is healed. HE ONLY CUT OFF THE TOP HALF OF THE FORESKIN. So after a pricey procedure, and the painful wait time - we have to get it revised once DS has turned two. Very very upset with the service, lack of help from office staff, and the fact that he literally has one job left to do a few times a month until he retires (which is hopefully soon, to prevent defacing any other baby boy penises) and he couldn't take the time to do a decent job.
