I had the exact same experience as a previous rating- Dr. Chen arrived late (I was sitting in the gown for ~20 minutes waiting for her to enter the room). After completing a skin care check, she acted as if she had no time for my questions and made me feel like my questions were dumb. She even went as far as to start taking off her gloves and pulling back the curtain to leave while I was in the middle of asking my question. I would give her a 0 for bedside manner if I could. Will not go back to see her.

I have been in to see Dr Chen a few times. She is knowledgeable, but seems very irritated when asked multiple questions or is brought multiple issues. She is pleasant with the initial/obligated "How is you week going", but when it was time to get into how I was doing or the questions I had, she seemed very irritated. Having to wait weeks to get into to be able to see a Derm is frustrating enough, but when you finally get in you would hope to have someone who is open to taking the time to answer your questions. Dr Chen is definitely not the Derm for you if you have questions about what may be going on. If you want to get in and out without much explanation, then she may be the Derm for you.
