I'm a grown adult who has been seeing Doctor Wainer since I was a teenager. I went to two physiologist before meeting Dr Wainer. He is the one doctor I've felt comfortable opening up to. After a few visits I opened up and the rest is history. His calm demeanor, professionalism, and caring person has helped me greatly with anxiety and depression. I truly feel lucky that I am a patient of his. He knows me/my life issues more than my own caring father. Dr Wainer has never jumped to conclusions

I have been seeing Dr. Wainer for several years for depression. The med he has me on works well so I choose to see him just to check in. He is compassionate and open to other types of treatment that may help the patient (ie, light therapy, acupuncture etc....) I have recommended him to several other people as well.

Dr. Wainer is a very warm, extremely competent, compassionate, flexible, intelligent, funny person. I use him for my autistic son and he is able to draw issues out and help my son verbalize what is bothering him. I would definitely recommend him.

Very helpful and understanding to someone with severe adolescent depression. Far more helpful than previous counselor. Very accessable and supportive at times of crisis.

He was a fairly good doctor, however I did not go too long to him for treatment to know him better
