I had a really pleasant session with Dr. Resnikoff. Feeling comfortable is essential. If I’m not comfortable or relaxed, chances are I’ll be reserved. The whole point is being able to speak our minds without feeling judged. Dr. R was really humble & understanding. I like that she’ll briefly share a positive or inspirational experience. That’s what broke the ice for me. I’m usually overwhelmed when having to speak about my background or troubles. That really allowed for me to clear my mind and gather my thoughts. I left her office in a positive & productive mood. I rarely take the time to write reviews or share experiences. However- positive experiences shouldn’t be overlooked nor unappreciative.

Dr. Resnikoff helped my son with OCD. She used the latest technique, Exposure and Response Prevention, and taught me how to use it at home with my son. Fast forward to the present, he is graduating with an Engineering degree.
