The reviews that mention her continued education and learning “new modalities” are rather odd from a patient who likely is unaware of her continued education schedule and many of these reviews sound like they are written by the same person and line up nicely with her “about me” on her website.

She has yet to be on time for an appointment. :) But then she also extends her time with me if she needs to dig into any issues deeper. So I think I prefer a DN who takes the required time rather than the booked time. So I’ll wait an extra 20 minutes without complaint. She helped with some gut issues that have plagued me for over 20 years and that went unaddressed by my MD as nothing more than - you’re getting old - stop eating dairy. I recommend her highly.

I was waiting for my appointment for a while and that is fine, but when I was invited into her office she was finishing her lunch, which seemed unprofessional. I had no issues with my appointment, but I left feeling that people who come to this office may need emotional help more than something practical or science-based. I will not be back. I'm unsure why Alexa can call herself a doctor, as she has no PhD or MD designation, as far as I'm aware? A friend of mine was under the impression that she was a real doctor, so I think using 'Dr' is misleading. *Please* research naturopathic medicine before investing your time and money into this practice. Also, avoiding multiple foods because 'crystals' tell you that you have 'sensitivities' can actually lead to you having intolerances to those foods over time (confirming a misleading bias). Very harmful, especially for children.

Dr. Rauscher really puts in the time and effort to get to the bottom of your issues. I've had a bunch of chronic issues that no professionals have gotten to the bottom of after years. I was skeptical of naturopaths but Dr. Rauscher has me completely sold. She is kind, enthusiastic, and is always educating herself to best treat clients. If you're on the fence about seeing a Naturopath, please give her the opportunity to help you! I can't say enough positive things about both her and her office staff!

I have been a patient of DrAlexa Rauscher since 2011. She has been a tremendous help regarding my health and wellness. Dr. Rauscher is the true definition of a holistic practitioner. Not only does she take into consideration the symptoms of your physical health but also addresses the effects your mental and spiritual health has on the body. She is extremely intuitive and you can feel that she really cares for her patients. She has helped balance my autoimmune condition into remission, reduce fibromyalgia symptoms and help manage my anxiety. The various modalities she uses really help address the root cause and has helped me in ways other practitioners weren't able to. If you are dealing with any autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances or digestive issues, I would highly recommend her!

I'm not quite sure what the last 2 reviews are on about. Also, note that the reviews are done exactly a year apart. Anyways..... She is the kindest and caring doctor I have ever come across in my life. So much so, my husband is now seeing her. She saved my life. If it wasn't for her treatment I would have been further into depression and possibly gone through a few miscarriages. Ladies, if you have issues with fertility caused my stress/low levels of progesterone please go and see her immediately. She takes you through different treatments plans and lets you choose what's best for you. Being a counselor myself, I value the time and effort she puts into her patients. I have never felt healthier and all thanks to her.
