made an appointment, filled out all the paperwork, waited patiently only to have the appointment cancelled because this "doctor" doesn't accept new patients over the age of 62. If you don't want to deal with Medicare patients (and I AM NOT on Medicare) just SAY SO on your website!!!

I am a cash-paying patient. Dr. Jeffries and staff are great--they are mindful of my limited resources and help me to save money on treatments.

Dr. Jeffries was very thorough. Office check-in was efficient. Great staff! Fantastic experience all the way around.

I just went to see Dr. Jeffries for my HTN, high cholesterol, and diabetes. The staff was great and Dr. Jeffries actually spent a great deal of time with the physical exam! I was totally pleased with my experience.

Went to see Dr. Jeffries after my previous doctor moved out of town. I picked him because of his knowledge in herbs. My medication (thyroid and blood-pressure) are always released on 30 day. The drugstore tells me that they did not received any prescription and I end up either without medication for 2-3 days or the drugstore loan me 3 day supply. That is the stress I have to deal with. They run multiple unnecessary blood-work, either they lost it or it was requested wrong. Whose fault is that? The nurses and staff are very rude. In my entire life, I haven't dealt with anyone like that. Once I had appointment with Dr. Jeffries and end up with some other doctor, who just prescribed me a higher dosage of thyroid medication. Finally, I called my insurance and told them that I need desperately change a physician which was not a problem at all. They also told me that they have never heard someone prescribing a medication like that on 30 day basis. Neverless, I am not going back.

Office staff person keley, very rude and does not follow through with insurance claims. We were billed and billed. We will see another doctor due to this poor operation.

Dr. Jeffries was great (back in 2001/2)before he expanded his practice;he took time to listen to the patient but not any more, I feel like he is always in a rush to get you out and the nurse practitioner is even worse (I would rather go to the urgent care than see her). Forget about trying to get a same day appointment if God forbid you have what they consider a non-emergency.

Poor "bed-side manners"; he's very arrogant and needs to learn how to listen to his patients.

Twice, this office has run multiple blood tests and never bothered to call me with results. When I called to check, they "lost" the results and I had to repeat the tests (more charges for them) Also, my father went in about a bump on his forehead, and was told to try witch hazel. what he had was stage 2 squamous cell carcinoma. Beware.

I came in for a "physical". There was virtually no hands-on exam; my physical was mostly blood work and blood pressure, done by the nurse and technician. There was no review of systems, and no attention at all to the complaints I voiced. Dr. Jeffries had been doing a good job of managing my blood pressure, but this was in no way a complete physical. A year ago I had surgery for a condition that would most likely have been found sooner if, during my last physical, an actual hands-on abdominal exam had been done. And, come to think of it, when I mentioned that I had had surgery, I was not even asked what my diagnosis was. Shouldn't my primary care doctor have that in his chart?
