This doctor was so uninformed about Lyme disease it was unbelievable. He interupted every sentence i spoke. And only spent a maximum of 15 minutes with me. He has no idea that Lyme disease is in every state. He told me it is not in TN! Like there are no ticks in TN? So ridiculous! There are billions, as i have had bites too many to count. He said one with LYme disease has a rash always, as i corrected him saying that that only appears in %50 of patients, he interupted again. Every time I tryed to talk he interupted me. Shows he knew i know what i am talking about as i have researched this disease for many months, yet he would not listen and didn't want to know what i knew. I do have the disease and will see a Lyme literate doctor in NC who practices ILADS procedure who do know all about where ticks are, that they are in all states, and that even people that test negative can still have the disease. He is totally wrong in all he stated to me.
