I had a breast augmentation back in January 2019 and my results to this day are amazing. I had next to no breast tissue going in to the surgery so I was really glad that he goes through the nipple as I still don't have a breast fold per say and the scar would have been a lot more noticeable. I've also had friends complain of their incision scar under their breasts was irritated while wearing a bra and had troubles going back to the gym. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and had good bedside manner, however, during the consultation, it was mostly his nurse (Lana I think?) who was there and did most of it. I found her to be a bit rude and unwelcoming and almost didn't go ahead with my surgery because of her. Their receptionist Shona and surgical nurse (Carol?) were SO lovely though. Everything healed well, I essentially have no scars, and 7 years later, they're still looking amazing and have no issues. I would definitely recommend Dr. Frank!

Ladies! Dr Frank is the best! Honestly, zero pain! I’m in my seventies, I’ve had implants for 40 years. This is my fourth surgery due to a recurring capsular contracture. My first breast augmentation was done by a surgeon from a different province. I had a breast revision with Dr. Frank due to a capsular contracture particularly in my left breast. Capsular contracture refers to a condition where the internal scar tissue forming a capsule around a breast implant begins to compress the implant. Previous implant complications is the reason I was required to have surgeries to correct the problem. This time, I needed to have the scar tissue and old implants removed. I chose to replace the implants with new ones. My left breast was considerably higher and harder than the right one. Dr. Frank did not make promises, he said he would do his utmost to remove as much scar tissue as possible and make the necessary corrections to insure the best results. He made sure we were on the same page. The day of my surgery the staff was extremely caring and very friendly. I woke up from general anesthesia feeling like I had a good night sleep! Surgery was a breeze! I cannot say enough about Dr. Frank and his staff, they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, to surgery and post op visit. Dr Frank is an unbelievable caring doctor, he called me the next morning. It was a first for me. You have no idea how comforting it is to hear the doctor’s voice the day after surgery. I was so please to tell him I felt no pain at all. Two weeks later I was scheduled for a routine visit to make sure I have the best recovery possible. My next appointment is in six months. It looks better than I could have ever imagined!! I honestly feel that I chose the BEST doctor for my procedure. I am now 6 weeks post-op and I am SUPER happy with the result. I went to see Dr. Frank after three caesareans, two babies that were 12 and 11 lbs. I also had Endometrial Cancer with a radical hysterectomy on May 31, 2022. As you can guess my stomach was a mess with scars from caesareans and cancer surgery and my abs were over 4 cm separated. I'm a fit 51 year old who trains for ultra marathons and I could barely walk, let alone run, the last 17 months with back pain. I'm a week out with an abdominoplasty and have never looked or felt better. His skills are crazy, bedside manner even better. Best choice with the best doctor I could ask for!

It has been three weeks since I got my breast implants replaced by Dr Frank and everything is wonderful. Approximately 13 year ago, I got tear drop breast implants and one of them flipped so the large part of the implant was on the top. As soon as Dr Frank saw the issue, he knew what happened. I was very nervous about the situation as I received the first breast implant surgery in Mexico as I was living there so wasn't sure if Dr Frank would take on my case. He was very easy to talk to and reassured me that he would get the problem fixed. Shona was able to get me into surgery very fast as there was a cancellation. The day of the surgery was very calm and relaxing. All of Dr Frank's staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. The surgery went very well and the recovery has been great. I’m thrilled with my results and appreciated how kind, patient and thorough Dr Frank and his team were prior to my surgery, the day off and my follow-up.
