Went in with concerns for symptoms that mimicked DVT and CKD. She offered to fill my adderall rx, and when I declined, saying I wasn’t there for that, badgered me about it at my next appt, when I never brought it up to her at all. Fast forward six months, I have a blood clotting disorder and irreversible kidney damage due to CKD, which she failed to address and totally blew off like my concerns were irrelevant. Avoid her at all costs.

I second the other comment about the gross waiting room and staff. Dr Higgs kept trying to pawn tests on me I don't need in my 20's and scare me into thinking I could have all these issues. All I had was a mild rash thats recurring but now she won't refill my RX without coming in for a visit. Which is bullsh*t greedy medical practice at its finest. Way to really have patient care under control.

Dr. Higgs truely has the worst bed side manners I have ever received from a doctor. She questioned my questions and concerns, she treated me like my concerns were unwarranted. No one told me to fast for the blood work (one of the main reasons I went to the doctor), so I have to go back to have the blood work done. The waiting room was dirty and the front desk staff was rude.

Worst experience at a doctor's office that I have ever had.
